Prices & Services

Discounts

  1. Give/Receive Discounts:
    Refer a friend. They receive a $5 discount off their first groom. After their groom, you receive $5 off your next groom.

  2. Short Interval Discounts:
    6 Wks = $2/pet, 5 Wks = $3/pet, 4 Wks = $4/pet, 3 Wks = $5/pet,2 Wks = $6/pet,1 Wk = $7/pet.

  3. Multi-Pet Mobile Discounts:
    2 pets = $4/pet, 3 pets = $4/pet, 4 pets = $4/pet, 5 pets = $4/pet, 6 pets or more = $6/pet.     Advance payment required for >3 dogs.

  4. Survey Discount:
     Two weeks after your first groom, you will receive a short survey. Just fill it out and return it for a $5 discount off your next groom.

Additional Charges

  1.  All prices are based on coats with no knots, tangles, mats, debris. fecal material, etc., and skin with no tags, warts, moles. lesions, etc. If any are present, there will be a $1.00/minute extra time charge or, depending on our assessment of the coat and skin, we may choose not to groom the pet.
  2. A la carte nail trimming available as follows: Salon = $15/dog. Mobile = $40 for the first pet and $ 15 for each additional pet. Dremeling + $10/dog.
  3. A Groom Without A Haircut includes no trimming. Trimming w/clipper = $8 for each area (face, feet, legs, tummy, etc) Scissoring = $1.00/minute.
  4. One bath is included. Additional baths for extra dirty dogs = $10.00 to $20.00 per bath, depending on the dog’s size and coat condition.
  5. Specialty Shampoo Charge: Oatmeal and Other Specialty Shampoos = $8. Flea Treatments = $10 (All pets with fleas will be treated.)

Other Polices and Important Information

  1. We require vaccination shot records for all cats.
  2. Mobile grooming appointments are scheduled in 2 hour “blocks.” With a 1:00-3:00 appointment, your groomer should arrive between 1:00 and 3:00. An arrival any time within that “window” is an “On Time” arrival. Groomers will spend from several minutes to several hours with your pet(s.)
  3. Please plan to remain on premise throughout the groom and please be prepared to pay by check or cash as soon as the grooming service is complete.
  4. Please have your dogs leashed, ready and waiting when your mobile groomer arrives and please have your “kitties” in a carrier.
  5. If you must cancel or reschedule your mobile grooming appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid the $40 (per pet) Missed Appointment Fee.
  6. If your check is returned to us, we will ask you to replace the check with cash, and we will ask you to pay an additional $35 Returned Check Fee.
  7. “Tipping” is optional. However, it remains an appropriate way to say, “Thank you” for service that exceeds your expectations.
